So last week I mentioned that we would be making clouds and today was the day we were making clouds in Houdini. It was a complicated process and you had to bring in a geometry node. Then in the node you would bring in a sphere. You would use different volume VOP to create this oddly spiked shape. There are different VOP to created this oddly spiked shaped by either using more points or you could use a mountain node and use transform to get the same effect. For the VOP you can use cloud and cloud noise to get the diffuse of the cloud and make it so it actually looks like a cloud. You can change the settings around so it makes it more airy and mess around with the different point to give it more shape or less shape.
